User Information

Service on dial’s unique business model provides You with location based service providers in a short span of time. To facilitate this, You hereby authorise Service on dial (SOD) to use the location based information provided by any of the telecommunication companies when You use the mobile phone to make a booking. The location based information will be used only to facilitate and improve services for You.

If You use the Website or the App, You agree that information about Your use of the Service on dial (SOD) Website and Service on dial (SOD) App through Your mobile telecommunication device may be communicated to us, and we may obtain information about Your mobile carrier, Your mobile device, or Your physical location. By accessing the Service on dial (SOD) App or Website using a mobile telecommunication device, You represent that to the extent You import any of Your Service on dial (SOD) data to Your mobile telecommunication device that You have authority to share the transferred data with Your mobile carrier or other access provider. In the event You change or deactivate Your mobile account, You must promptly update Your Service on dial (SOD) account information to ensure that Your messages are not sent to the person that acquires Your old number and failure to do so is Your responsibility. Termination or Suspension

If the service required by you necessitates the entry of service providers into your premises, You must ensure the active supervision of the service providers. Service on dial (SOD) will be unable to provide services in the absence of any supervisors appointed by You at the service address.
If you have any questions or complaints regarding the services rendered, you may revert to us within the time specified for the category of services availed. Depending on the category of service availed, Service on dial (SOD) will provide You with the appropriate recourse to address your concerns.
All invoices and payments due to Service on dial (SOD) must be cleared immediately upon completion of the task or on the submission of the invoice, whichever is earlier.
You are requested not to solicit the services of the service provider. Service on dial (SOD) will not be responsible for any acts, ommissions, service quality of the service provider if You have engaged the services of such service provider without reference to Service on dial (SOD) .

Intellectual Property Rights

Service on dial (SOD) is the sole owner of the App, Website and all software created to provide You with the Services. In the event any spare parts/materials are required to complete a task, you will need to provide such spare parts/materials. You may request Service on dial (SOD) ’s Service Providers to assist you with the same. Please note, in all such circumstances, Service on dial (SOD) is not responsible for nor does Service on dial (SOD) make any warranties as to the quality or fitness of the spare parts or materials. All issues and concerns with the quality of the spare parts / materials should be with the manufacture or seller.
Service on dial (SOD) will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service offered by the Company, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Indemnity

Laundry

Please ensure that you check the line items on the invoice/job sheet at the time of handing over the clothes. Please examine the garments at the time of delivery, we will not be responsible for any damages indicated after delivery.
Please do not remove tags from washed clothes if you are unhappy with the quality of wash.
We are not responsible for fastness / running of color/ shrinkage / damage /embroidery work on the garments during process.
Every effort is made to remove stains. If stains are not removable, the customer shall not have any rights to claim deduction in charges.

Computer/Laptop Repair

Pest Control
Please be aware that it usually takes 3-4 days for the treatment to start taking effect and 12 days for complete outcome

Cars & Bikes

Warranty/guarantee on spare parts would be as described on the materials' bill. Please insist for a material bill from our Service on dial (SOD) Expert in case he is procuring the materials for you. Please ask for the service checklist and ensure that the mechanic is adhering to it. Service charges will be waived off in case the same problem recurs within 7 days of the service

Home Cleaning

Before initiating the job at your premises, please confirm with your Service on dial (SOD) Expert the areas included & excluded for the service that you have selected. We strongly advise you to make sure that all your belongings are carefully kept in a secure location. Please make sure that any sensitive material is carefully moved under your supervision only. Also, when our team is leaving your premises, please make sure that you have thoroughly checked the entire home.

Document Services

Service on dial (SOD) is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Documents in the process. Service on dial (SOD) is acting as an intermediary between the customer and the service provider. It is not liable for any loss or damage monetary or non-monetary The charge for the service may vary and can be decided upon by the customer and the service provider

Home Security & Automation

Service on dial (SOD) (Sarvaloka Services On Call Private Limited) is an intermediary platform which connects you to an independent service provider (“Service Provider”). This Service Provider renders the Services to you directly. Once you have selected the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your information and details may be shared with such Service Provider.
You agree that once you and the Service Provider has been connected via Service on dial (SOD) ’s platform, the Service Provider will be required to inspect the premises, to communicate the estimate cost of such service. You further acknowledge and agree that only once you have accepted such estimated cost offer, will the Service Provider render the Services.
Each booked Service is limited to one Service. Once the Service is booked, it is non-transferable. Goods and Service tax (as per Government Regulations), and any other taxes as applicable, will apply on the quoted prices for the Services.
Any payment that has once been remitted to Service on dial (SOD) is non-refundable. A full refund may be offered to you, in case of any cancellation from the Service Provider’s end, due to a reason not attributable to your acts or omissions.
The Service Provider will not wait for more than 30 (Thirty) minutes at the Service premises, hence it is essential to mention the exact time beforehand. Waiting charges of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) per hour will be applicable and payable by you, in case the Service does not start at the scheduled time, subject to the availability of the Service Provider.
You agree that you shall be bound by the terms and conditions/policy of the service providers, whether in writing or not. These may include, without limitation, product warranty and installation and any guidelines with respect to the service.
You acknowledge and agree that some services may not be provided by the Service Provider, or if provided such services may be rendered at extra cost.
In the event that the service provider does not communicate any such terms to you, it will be your responsibility to ask for such terms/policy at the time of inspection of the items that are to be installed. In the event that you extend the services, you agree that the costs may be revised by the service provider.
In the event of any loss or damage caused to you as a result of an accident, Service on dial (SOD) will not be responsible for actions of any service provider. They are independent third parties who provide the services to you. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY THE THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, Service on dial (SOD) DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITIES, WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Service on dial (SOD) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE SERVICES. NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF Service on dial (SOD) , IF ANY, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, SHALL NOT EXCEED RUPEES ONE THOUSAND.
You are under an obligation to ensure the safety of the Service Provider or its personnel, while at the premises, and shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the same is provided for.
Any dispute with regards to the quality of Service would have to be resolved mutually between you and the Service Provider.
Service on dial (SOD) will not be accountable for any misdemeanour or misbehaviour from either the Service Provider or by you.
You explicitly agree that you shall not to solicit any services from any service provider directly. Service on dial (SOD) will not be liable for any Service carried out without our knowledge by mutual agreement between you and the Service Provider.
Service on dial (SOD) reserves the right to make changes to any part of these terms and conditions at any point in the future.

Movers and Packers

Service on dial (SOD) (Sarvaloka Services On Call Private Limited) is an intermediary platform which connects you to an independent service provider (“Service Provider”). This Service Provider renders the Services to you directly.
Once you have selected the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your information and details may be shared with such Service Provider.
You agree that once you and the Service Provider has been connected via Service on dial (SOD) ’s platform, the Service Provider will be required to inspect all items that need to be packed and/or moved, to communicate the estimate cost of such service. You further acknowledge and agree that only once you have accepted such estimated cost offer, will the Service Provider render the Services.
Each booked Service is limited to one Service. Once the Service is booked, it is non-transferable.
Goods and Service tax (as per Government Regulations), and any other taxes as applicable, will apply on the quoted prices for the Services.
Any payment that has once been remitted to Service on dial (SOD) is non-refundable. A full refund may be offered to you, in case of any cancellation from the Service Provider’s end, due to a reason not attributable to your acts or omissions.
The Service Provider will not wait for more than 30 (Thirty) minutes at the Service premises, hence it is essential to mention the exact time beforehand. Waiting charges of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) per hour will be applicable and payable by you, in case the Service does not start at the scheduled time, subject to the availability of the Service Provider.
You agree that you shall be bound by the terms and conditions/policy of the service providers, whether in writing or not. These may include, without limitation, the inventory list, method of packing (fragile items, non-fragile items, and electronic equipment), insurance policy, delivery, timelines, storage, assembling and disassembling (if done), and any guidelines with respect to local and out station delivery.
You acknowledge and agree that the Service Provider may not provide any dissembling, dismantling, or carpentry services. You further agree that some services may not be provided by the Service Provider, or if provided such services may be rendered at extra cost. In the event that the service provider does not communicate any such terms to you, it will be your responsibility to ask for such terms/policy at the time of inspection of the items that are to be packed and moved.
In the event that you extend the services, you agree that the costs may be revised by the service provider. In the event of any loss or damage caused to you as a result of an accident, Service on dial (SOD) will not be responsible for actions of any service provider. They are independent third parties who provide the services to you.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY THE THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, Service on dial (SOD) DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITIES, WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Service on dial (SOD) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE SERVICES. NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF Service on dial (SOD) , IF ANY, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, SHALL NOT EXCEED RUPEES ONE THOUSAND.
You are under an obligation to ensure the safety of the Service Provider or its personnel, while at the premises, and shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the same is provided for.
Any dispute with regards to the quality of Service would have to be resolved mutually between you and the Service Provider.
Service on dial (SOD) will not be accountable for any misdemeanour or misbehaviour from either the Service Provider or by you.
You explicitly agree that you shall not to solicit any services from any service provider directly.
Service on dial (SOD) will not be liable for any Service carried out without our knowledge by mutual agreement between you and the Service Provider.
Service on dial (SOD) reserves the right to make changes to any part of these terms and conditions at any point in the future.

Puja/Pandit

Service on dial (SOD) is only acting as an Intermediary between the “Customer” who requires services and the Vendor/Individual who provides these services.
Customer agrees that the information he/she has provided will be shared with the third-party Vendor and if the customer decides to use these services, it will be solely at their own discretion. Please note: Service on dial (SOD) is not involved in the fulfilment of these services.
Customer will not be able to use Service on dial (SOD) wallet money, Amazon Wallet Cash or the coupon codes available for other services as these are not applicable in these services.
Mentioned prices on the Service on dial (SOD) Platform are only indicative and may vary from case to case.
Any loss or issue between the Vendor and Customer has to be resolved between them, Service on dial (SOD) will not be accountable.
Further, customer's interactions with partners including payment and delivery of services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between the customer and partners or its service providers.
The customer should make whatever investigation they feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any offline or online transaction with any of these partners.
